Space Dude Shop Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please review our policy below and initiate a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items requested outside this window will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, and all tags must still be attached.

  • It must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

3. Items Exempt from Returns/Exchanges

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Sale or Clearance Items (items marked "Final Sale").

  • Custom or Personalized Items (e.g., items with personalized text or custom colors).

  • Digital Products (e.g., downloadable art files, once delivered).

4. Return and Exchange Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item (Our Error) Space Dude Shop (We will provide a pre-paid return label).
Change of Mind/Size Exchange (Customer Error) Customer (You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs).
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to returns@spacedudeshop.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Carefully package your item, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail it to the address provided in the instructions.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected and sent back to you.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to post to your account is determined by your bank or credit card company.
